The NESFORM Trade Programme is for businesses and professionals buying furniture hardware for client work, fitted furniture, interiors or repeat projects.
Who can apply
We welcome enquiries from interior designers, kitchen and furniture businesses, cabinet makers, joiners, property professionals and other genuine trade customers.
What to include in your enquiry
Send enough information for us to understand how you plan to buy from NESFORM:
- your name, business name and role;
- business website or professional profile, if available;
- billing and delivery country or postcode;
- the products, finishes and approximate quantities you need; and
- your expected ordering date or project timetable.
Use our Contact page and select or mention "Trade enquiry" in your message.
Pricing, samples and project questions
Trade pricing is not automatic and may vary by product, quantity and project. We will confirm any approved pricing, minimum order, payment term and delivery arrangement in writing before you place the order.
If you need finish samples, replacement hole centres, repeated quantities or delivery planning, include those details in the enquiry. Visit our Samples page for the sample request process.
Account review
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an account, discount, credit facility, stock allocation or delivery date. We may ask for more information before approving an application.
Trade purchases may be subject to separate business terms supplied with a quotation or account approval. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
